I agree the chat room was a good place to interact with one another outside of the gang chats.I miss the entertaining flaming as well.

I personally spent ALOT of time there. And helped alot of new members. Hell that is where I got recruited to LoL in the first place. If it wasn't for that I would simply quit the game because I never met anyone. It gives an excellent chance for helpers to help the newer members (Better then the 20 mail per day). Me and Alex31 even started a campaign to bring that chat to life.

However if it does come back the community should be there to support it. Last set that message board was never used. Hence why it is gone now.

Oh yes, I do agree. In its last days there was usually about 1 person in there but once in a while a new member joins and i used to talk to them. Many members that were in Sos joined like that. I could help moderate it or whatever, since DS is rebuilding and I'll probably be there most of the time.

Also helped when I'm trying to explain something but don't want to keep messaging back and forth and they don't have MSN.

Really in favor of adding the chat again
