and just to put my touch.
all attribute have a max of 20.
all new player attribute start at 5.
and like it tell here, if you going read in the help desk it will help you to put attribute at the right place versus your speciality you have choosen.

if you take time to read the help desk, you will easily know where you need to put attribute.(and more)
trust me! if you make that at the begining of your character(player).It will give you a BIG help.
