I don't exist!!!?

i logged in and started my character back up on the first day. i went to log in after update time and it said my password was incorrect. so i tried to recover it and my e-mail doesn't exist. i tried for a new activation code and my character doesn't exist. but when i try to recreate my character it says that my character name is already taken...what do i do? i already used my fame points code and flagged Siskananamuk as my main account... :cry:
