how do i DISMISS mobsters,
m kinda in trouble,
pls answer soon,
m outta money n i need to pay my mob!!!!!!!!

Click on the Gang Relative icon at the top (3rd one)
Click on Manage your Mobsters

That shows a list of the mobs you have. You can select fire, and confirm to have their memory erased for a small fee.

Try crimes that reward money at your level (such as graffiti spraying, illegal dvds, break into supermarket/neighbors safe)
