How do I change my skill?

When I created my character,I thought I was able to have 2 skills. I learned the hard way,that I was only getting one.

How do I switch my skill from persuion,to the gun weapon skill?

At level 10, you can choose your 2nd skill. And, at level 20, you choose your 3rd skill. Keep in mind that attributes should be distributed according to your specialties.
