so heres the thing everything is normal i did all the things so i dont have anymore turns...and another day comes soon right?but my game timer shows same time as real so im waiting waiting...waiting... help me somebody do i need to press something or what???

Uhh. The game time is at the top right corner. Update is at 0.00 game time. ATM, it's 19:00, so update is in another 5 hrs. Cool?

yeah i know that but i dont live in usa and that time is the same like real so i have to wait all day for 1 turn

It is quite simple. Every (real life) day you have 7 turns. The update is taking place every 24 (real life) hours.
The update is taking place at 10pm GMT or 00.00 GMT+2. Since the game time is the same as real time for you, the update happens every midnight.

Thus, you dont need to press anything, you just need to wait for midnight. Once the update is done, you will have 7 more turns.
