Horse Race bugs

There are currently 2 bugs right now.

1) When a player wins a race in Robbers Delight it is using other names from the Classical server to indicate they win. Thou the correct player still receives the cash.

Ex. Mica,Sweet Leaf, And Alex31 have apparently all won races in Robbers Delight.

2) There is another race with over the limit horse amount.
